My name is Helen and I live in the beautiful community of Unterägeri. My ancestors come from Midyat, which is located in today's southeast Turkey. My mother tongue is aramaic. Since 2019 I am happily married to Julian and since 2025 mum to Noah.
Cooking and baking has always given me huge pleasure and I feel even more joy when the customers taste it and they are satisfied.
In October 2022, I attended a course at GastroZürich on gluten intolerance and lactose intolerance in order to be able to cater to the various customer needs. In June 2023, I completed the basic cake course at mini SCHOGGI to make beautiful and delicious cakes for customers. At Immanuel Catering, we place great emphasis on making the meals ourselves.
I was born and raised in Switzerland, so I also place great emphasis on European cuisine. However, if you want to try something new, I offer Aramaic cuisine, with many delicacies from the Orient.
The name Immanuel means "God with us". I love Jesus Christ and want to build my foundation on the Lord (Luk 6:48).
